Explora Films participates for the second time in a row in The Nature Film Festival of Namur. The documentary “Penguins, the story of the birds that wanted to be fish” has been selected for the official section in the fourteenth edition of this festival that will take place in Belgium from the 11th to the 19th of October.
The Nature Film Festival of Namur has pursued the promotion of the beauties of our planet and its fragilities on the screen since 1995. Furthermore, it has been two years since the festival includes a professional category that extends its participation and reach, as it is considered now as one of the most prestigious film events in Europe.
The extraordinary story of these birds in their conquest of the ocean, directed by Fernando Gonzlez Sitges, has already been internationally awarded with a Special Mention to the Photography and Graphics by IWFF Montana, and with its participation in The Wildlife Asian Film Festival (Singapore), The International Environmental Film Festival – Envirofilm (Slovakia) and Shanghai TV Festival Office (China) among others.
